Our History
The Ridge Meadows Child Development Centre Society was founded in 1989 as a non-profit charitable organization by a group of parents and professionals concerned about the lack of pediatric rehabilitation and behavior support services in the Maple Ridge/Pitt Meadows area.
Our initial location was at the St. John the Divine Church on River Road. In 1995 we moved to the former Yennadon Elementary School on 232nd Street and in 2006, we moved to Dewdney Trunk Red where we spent 12yrs. In Aug of 2018, we experienced a catastrophic flood caused by an unusual weather occurrence. All that time, the decision was made to move locations. We have found a home at 201-21775 Lougheed Hwy where we hope to serve children & families for many years to come.
